***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. It's not the phone i'm having problems with it's the Verizon Service!!!!!  it gets worse daily, phone won't ring just goes to voice mail, voice fades in and out, drop calls. you name it. it happens. Verizon use to be Good service, not any more... planning to change service soon.. It's never the Verizon Company fault always. the phone or customer...TIRED OG IT>

JMAC4077, we always want you to have the best possible signal at all times. Your business is appreciated & we would not want to see you leave us at all. Allow us to help figure this out. Do you have these problems when you are indoors, outdoors or both? Do you know any other VZW customers in your area that have the same issues? When did these troubles start? (A few days ago? Bow howdy on that! It seems like the pandemic crippled Verizon, the stores stopped picking up their phone. Customer service is a chat link to someone in India juggling ten other chats, unable to process simple questions, or keep track of the conversation. What happened to this company?
