Recently when I try to play my saved music I get a message that says I need to validate my format. It says the format may be corrupted. I'm not sure how to fix it. Music played fine until recently.
Jeff31956, we want you to continue enjoying your music on your device. It's very strange that this is happening and let's work together on getting this resolved. What make & model of phone do you have? Is the Amazon application up to date?
