Since the latest update (June), approx 1/2 of my outgoing texts come back 'failed' and many of my calls are dropping. What's the prob here? Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4 - purchased Jan of this year.
Let's make sure we get all of your messages and calls to go through without any kind of trouble, Vasilee. I would like to start off by asking, are you using the text message application that came with the device or are you using a 3rd party app (Hangouts, Go SMSPro or Handcent)? How many bars of service do you normally have on your S4?
