I haven't had 4G on my RAZR M in 8 months. Also, when I get on mobile web, the Data connectivity vanishes after about a minute of using it. I wind up turning data off then back on. I've soft reset the phone, taken out and put back in my SIM card and SD card. My network is set to LTE/CDMA. customer service is no help. This is so aggravating since 4G was the reason I bought this phone! Help please!!!!
You walk into a Corporate Verizon store. And you show them the phone, and you challenge them to demonstrate 4G connectivity.
It sounds to me like you need a NEW sim card. You should be able to get one free at a Corporate (not independent/retailer) location.
