Re: "Unfortunately, Cloud has stopped." keeps popping up on screen and I cna't clear. It blocks me from using the phone.

No it did not solve my issue. I have cleared the cache and the data and now its asking if i want to go back to factory settings. I do not. Any time I open an application it kicks me out of it with that message and it changes from cloud to something else sometimes. I have a Galaxy J7
