I got a Droid 4 1+ year ago, the screen had a problem on top, it would not let me do anything on it, so I took it to a Verizon Store, they sent me another phone (refurbished) and this one is not just slow as hell, but it also crashes apps and it hangs on the ones it doesn't crash, my old one didn't have these kind of problems, so I wonder if Verizon repairs made this new one worse than my old.
