Can you get to the recovery mode of your phone?
If you can try and clear the cache partition of the phone.
Like Ann154 asked it would help to know what kind of phone
you have and when did this start happening like after you got
an update or did you install a new app
You can try to use the Verizon Repair Assistant.. but as others mentioned it would help to know which made/model. LG devices had an issue with a boot loop and you can contact LG if you are experiencing this issue.
