I went to Verizon Tones. I purchased two (2) ringtones. They downloaded and asked if I wanted them to be my default ringtones and I responded yes. They then populated under download history. I checked the ringtones availability in settings/sounds/ringtones and they were not there. I have conducted an extensive search on the phone multiple time by myself and with the assistance if two (2) different support techs.

Again, it would be much easier for you to actually call me. [removed]

Just in case, were you able to check the Download Folder on your phone for the actual download file?


Sometimes they do come through in that manner


In addition, if you access a music application, does the downloaded tune appear there as well?
