S3 update

I just did the update for my S3 and now everytime after I send a text message the

screen takes me all the way back to the first text message ever exchanged with that person. I don't like to delete my text messages so this is driving me crazy. I can't find a setting for this either. Any ideas?

I use the stock app for texting that comes on the phone.

I did and loved it but that app uses data.
