Samsung J7 bluetooth won't connect for calls

Yesterday, I was driving home from work and my F150 said phone disconnected. My phone is connected through Sync and will play bluetooth media (i.e. pandora / spotify). However I cannot connect for calls. Everyday before yesterday, my phone would said it is connected for calls and audio to SYNC. Now, it only says it is connected for audio. When I try to toggle the calls switch, it turns on for a couple seconds and then turns off.

I've already done a factory reset and I don't really want to go uninstall every 3rd party app. I will if I have to though. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!

I want to make sure that you are able to use this feature. Let's look into this and get this fixed. Were there any changes to the device such as a software update or new application? Are you able to connect to another Bluetooth car with your phone? Have you tried to connect to the car with another phone? Are you able to sync the calls when the phone is in Safe Mode?
