I have noticed this is a common problem with Android 4.4.2. I am having issues with GPS. Specifically battery drains more quickly with Location turned on. I can turn it off but many applications use it. I usually don't need dedicated GPS for most applications. I mostly need GPS for driving directions.
Secondly when I do turn on GPS for driving in Maps I continually receive "GPS Signal Lost" error message. This makes Maps and my phone almost useless for driving.
Anyone successfully fixed or worked around these issues?
