We just joined Verison's Unlimited Go plan for $40.00 a month, but it is showing as $55.00 charge.  Why is that?

It's $40 if you have 4 lines and have autopay/paperless set. You must have 3 lines and no autopay. it states right on the website the price per line

The "Unlimited Go" plan starts at $80/line if you only have 1 line of service. It drops to $70/line if you have 2 lines of service. It drops to $55/line if you have 3 lines of service. It finally drops to $45/line if you have 4 or more lines of service.

On top of the prices listed above, you can get a $5/line discount if you are signed up for paperless billing and auto pay activated on your account with a debit card or checking account associated with the autopay. It can take up to a billing cycle for the discount to take effect

Glad to hear you are now enjoying unlimited data, Randy-Jessi! If you have 4+ smartphones on the account, each line is $40 when enrolled in Auto-Pay and Paper Free Billing. How many lines do you have and are you enrolled in both billing options?  EricaG_VZW
