Slacker Radio

I need to cancel Slacker Radio. There is not way to do it through the slacker radio/LiveXLive app, which indicates that I do not have a paid subscription. Slacker Radio/LiveXLive says that I need to contact Verizon to have the charges removed.

This fee has been haunting us for years and we have not found a way to get rid of it. We do not use it and haven't used it in a long time. We didn't even know that it's under LiveXLive now.
