There is no incoming or outgoing sound during phone call. I can make and receive calls then there's nothing. They can't hear me and I can't hear them. What is the problem?
Did you make sure that the microphone button on your dialer is not pressed during the call?
We want to ensure you stay connected. May we ask if this has always occured or just recently started? If so, when and were any major changes made to the device just prior to this happening?
