I have had the LG Spectrum II for about a month. I have had two issue: first, I have personalized some ringtones including my main ring tone. Every three or four days, the phone resets to the vzw ring tone. While frustrating and inconvenient, it's not a major issue. However, twice now I have received a text, clicked on the messaging icon only to get a message that unfortunately messaging has stopped. When I opened it again...all my texts were gone!! WTF? I tried calling LG and they had no clue what to do. They told me to take my battery out and put it back in. The rep was shocked that that didn't work! Any help would be appreciated.
