When I am typing a message or an email, the phone is automatically changing my words with words they THINK I want. I thought I had turned this off, but It is STILL doing it. Unless I go back am read every message I sent, my friends think I am going bananas because the message makes no sense. I love the Swype app but I need help finding where on this phone I can turn this option OFF for GOOD. If I have to turn the Swype off so be it! PLEASE HELP!
Should be under Settings -> Language and Input -> Keyboard -> Predictive Text and also Auto Replace
Actual menu names will vary depending on which Android you have and which OS it is running. I have a galaxy with Lollipop so it is Samsung Keyboard, earlier versions might be under personal -> keyboard input methods.
