Stuck in LG boot with green/blue light flashing

Yesterday I had my phone plugged into computer to charge while using my hotspot. Then started having issues with my phone. It is stuck in LG startup with green/blue light flashing. Phone won't stay off, but never boots back up. I have tried to reset, but never see options to reset when pressing volume and power keys. HELP!!!!!!!

Do you have the G4? I know a lot of users have had challenges and I believe LG is helping their customers out. I'd contact them first and see what they can do if you out of warranty.

Hmm. It maybe worth checking with LG to see if there is anything they can do. I've heard good things from their support even on older devices.
