Verizon. Ive Been A Loyal Customer With You For 15+ Years And Never Missed Or Been Late On 1 Monthly Bill.  I Want To Know (Why) Suddenly Today I Cannot Buy Diamonds (Via An In App Purchase) & Charge It To My (Verizon Account) For My FAVORITE GAME Like I ALWAYS DO!!???  (Not Happie) Grrrrr......

Could you have exceeded the amount limit for each billing cycle?

You could also consider purchasing a Google play gift card and apply the funds to your account to use for purchases instead.
