I have spent nearly two hours trying to cancel a device (table) that no longer works, and have dealt with the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Tried call back twice. First time the connection was so bad couldn't hear the person at the other end. Second time they disconnected me. Then went to Verizon store but they can't cancel a device. Also tried chat but never got a response. Time to contact the appropriate authorities to complain.
