On my Samsung S20+5g phone after my System Update on 1/11/2022 my text messaging stopped working.
After days of trying to get through to Verizon Customer Support and Chat, and spending days following their automated chat advice, the only thing that fixed it was to have Verizon send a line reset from their end to my phone. The messages then starting coming through.
What has happened to Verizon Phone support! For 20 years it has been great and now it is terrible!
