Hey I am trying to help you out. If you can prove there is no money exchanging hands then you may have a case and may have some regulation protection, but until then you will not have a case. Verizon never advertised they were going to have Samsung Pay let alone support it. The supplied photos are from Samsung and copyrighted by Samsung. By agreement Verizon has to display them. Also if you checked Samsung shows what is supported and what isn't. It'll be a tough road for you, but I hope it all works out for you.
