We have a basis for a class action suit against Verizon.  The phone detail included Samsung Pay on the Samsung website (linked by Verizon).  We need to come together to ensure we get the full benefit of the $800 phone we purchased!

No such thing as a class action lawsuit.  Please refer to your Customer Agreement:  Customer Agreement | Verizon Wireless

CA will fail if there is a buy in into the program. Samsung is known in the industry to charge for "features". If that is in fact the case you don't have a case as Verizon has never advertised nor said they would support(pay) for it.

Since the US Supreme Court has already weighed in on the subject, it will certainly be an uphill battle to have them overturn their own decision.

Also everything with the pictures are all owned by Samsung which Verizon has to comply to use of copyright.

Thanks for the link...think I'll set up a website to assist individuals to file in small claims court and will be contacting Al Franken.  I'm sure there is a consumer law firm looking for a case to challenge the Supreme's decision.  Either way, it's going to cost Verizon a lot more than just giving their customers what they paid for.
