Torch flashlight removed from notification panel. Notification panel removed from lock screen.

After Verizon update yesterday, my notification shortcut panel and torch light were removed from lock screen, and torch was removed from phone. LG Vista. Why? How do I get them back? Verizon shouldn't be able to just modify your phone without a good reason.

Verizon didn't modify your phone LG did. Carriers don't make the updates the phone makers do. And the Vista isn't showing any new updates since December of last year.

Thank you for that information. Some forums I've been to named the phones

by Carrier which sounded as if the Carrier controlled the updates. My

Verizon showed the last update as the same time my problem started, strange

coincidence. Apologies to Verizon.
