I trade 2 phones in March and received credit for only one. I've called customer service 2 months in a row promising the credit for the second phone on the next bill but it has never happened. Been with Verizon for over 10 yrs and very irritated nothing is being done to resolve it.
Bullstag, we understand the importance of making sure you get the credit you are afforded for your trade ins. To clarify, were these normal trade ins for credit your account or part of a promotion? Do you have a Submission ID for the trade in, that's in question?
