When I attempt to open "camera" I get an error message stating "Turn off USB storage before using camera". I have a Galaxy J36V. Thanks!
We want to be sure your camera is working the way it should BRILAS9. Let's be sure we get this resolved. When did this issue begin? Is your device plugged in to the charger when this message pops up?
