MY son was found dead,as his mother I would like to get into his phone for pics and answers,his death was finally after three months ruled unknown,blacked out and died of positional affixiation,the police can't open and htc support is dragging there feet,,please help,he has a five year old daughter thank you mom
If your son setup Android device Manager and you know his Gmail password you can change the lock. There is currently no other way unless an exploit has been found.
