One of my favorite apps stopped working. It spins then says it cannot connect to server. I uninstalled, then went to google play to reinstall.Google play tells me my restrictions are on, but they are not. App finally uploaded but I am having the same issue. Please advise
Background data restrictions is controlled through the data usage settings. Did you check there?

Yes, tried turning background data on and off,rebooted my phone,
uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Checked the date and time setting.
Cleared all the caches. It's not " synchronizing", spins through 3
times then says cannot connect to server. I can access through my email
and directly from their website. I am getting notifications from the
app, but when I click, it spins.
We want to ensure everything is functioning properly. May we as if you have reached out to the app developer? Are all other apps working fine?
