Unable to share videos on LG G3

When trying to share videos recorded on my phone via text or email, it always says the file is too large. I have tried adjusting the video settings and nothing works. Help!

Sending through email there is a file size limit of 10MB in most cases. Some provide up to 30MB. Text the file size must be no more than 1MB. If you are trying to share a HD video then it isn't going to happen over text.

I guess I dont understand why there would be an option to share via text message if you really can't.

HD video was never meant to be sent via text.  SMS/MMS was from a time where a 10 second video wasn't 1MB in size.
