Unauthorized charges

My 9 year old granddaughter got a hold of my phone and through Google charged over $200.00-  Replied to e-mails these were unauthorized..... still charged!  Checking into other carriers now.  Getting in contact with Verizon is a nightmare. 🙄

By giving a kid a smart phone, you assume all risks associated with that. It's not your carrier's responsibility to babysit.

Why do people think another carrier is going to treat this any different?    My house the kid would be working off the charges to pay it back.

Nobody here wants you to leave. To be sure, what happened when reporting the charges ?
