I had issues with my Droid Charge...
Internet would drop and my speaker phone was hit and miss.
The rep helped me to fix it once, but then it continued.
So last week I called Verizon and they advised me I could get the upgrade for any line that was due for upgrade, I also told him my concern about not having the unlimited Data, he advised that it would not change unless I requested it to change.
So I spluged for the Galaxy SIII.
Upon arrival, I called and was advised the unlimited data was gone and I would pay an extra penny for the new contract with 2 GB data plan.
To move forward (I am a Realtor) I got 3 calls today, once I had a chance to retrieve the voicemails, all my keys do not work?
If anyone knows how to get the keypad to work after pressing the voicemail icon, I would really appreciate it.
