Using a MotoX New; can not connect to a network. Usually shows 3G or 4G if connected.

Just bought this phone 3 months ago and this is the 1st time this happened.

Also shows "Cellular network state = disconnected". I have Wifi on but no network per my phone.

How do I get the 4G or 3G on.

That's odd, but we'll get you up and running again. Go to Settings>Turn wi-fi off. Then, select "Data Usage. Is mobile data enabled? If not, please enable it and let me know if you see 4G LTE come back.
