I have a Samsung Illusion smartphone running Android, and I recently had the VZ Protect app (Verizon Support and Protection) installed on it, but when I try to launch that app, it comes back with an error saying, "Unable to provision account at this time. Please try again later." What's going on here?

I would remove that app to begin with. What is it you are trying to accomplish by installing it on your phone? Most of the Verizon applications do NOT work or do not work as they should so I don't even bother using them anymore as there are many much better applications in the Market to use.

Oh no! I know how frustrating it can be when your applications are not working properly. Let's get this mystery resolved! Have you tried uninstalling>then reinstalling the application to the device? Keep me posted.
