Help me! I keep receiving this message 'VZNMN: 1' and it is driving me nuts. The instructions of one of verizon's representative with the same problem is too hard for me. Help me!

Look no further help is here! Let's get these message stopped once and for all.
What phone do you have? What is the message in regards? What does the message say? Do you have the Sync and Connect service active on your line? What steps were you given by the previous representative to remove these messages?
