Don't bother trying to "fix" my problems. I am an electrical engineer, and a darn good one. I have tried to be patient and work with your company.
Your fixes don't fix squat no matter how many weeks we spend trying to "figure it out".
Just stop. Admit you are rolling your customers and just be up front that your motto is: "It is what it is."
Cause tho your salesmen are selling $200 to $2000 dollar equipment they have no idea what they are doing or what they are selling.
Doing a really poor job of it right now Verizon.
