Verizon Cloud storage

The storage in my Verizon Cloud is getting close to being at maximum capacity.  The majority of the usage is photos and videos that I had uploaded to Verizon Cloud.  1) How do I delete the pictures and videos off of my Verizon Cloud storage?  2) If I were to delete the pictures and videos (off of the Verizon Cloud storage), would they still be on my phone (LG G2)?

This is a great question, HAAK1212! You have the option to increase the storage on the Verizon Cloud if you want to. However, you can delete from the Verizon Cloud. I would recommend deleting from a desktop. If the pictures/videos are still on phone/ SD card, they will stay there even if you delete from online Cloud. Here is information on how to delete media. http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/how-to-use-verizon-cloud/

I would also recommend using the desktop app as Vanessa suggested. From there you can click on a picture to highlight it then go up to the top left menu to Manage then delete. You can also delete multiple pictures by clicking on a picture then hold down the "Shift Key" on the keyboard not to be mistaken with the shift bar. Then click on each additional picture or row, which will become highlighted, then delete all at once. That way you can pick and choose what you want to remove or keep.

Whatever you delete from the desktop computer with Verizon Cloud will also delete from the smartphone Verizon Cloud. But whatever pictures you have on the phone perhaps in the Gallery will remain intact.
