Will not let me purchase any ringback tones. Keep getting error.  For the Android. Any suggestions?

I don't know many people who still use ringback tones due to their incompatibility with newer systems such as Advanced Calling.  If you must have the RBs, make sure your phone, if compatible, does not have AC enabled.
