I am VERY unhappy with my Android 5 and I let the salesperson talk me into this instead of a 6. I want to return it and get a 6, especially now that there is a special offer for the 6, but I don't know if I can or how I can do this. Please help. Every time I have to deal with verizon, I have terrible luck. And I DO NOT want a refurbished phone.

How long ago did you get the 5?  Did you do a 2 year contract or edge payments?

You are passed your 14 day. You are stuck with the phone. You can sell it and pay the difference to get the 6. If you are in California you got 30 days.

There is no such phone called "Android 5".  You must have a different model of phone.

Pay off the full balance of the Device Payment and you can enter into a new installment agreement for the phone you want.  Once you have the new phone sell the old one on Swappa or to a friend or keep it as backup.

I am guessing he got the S5 and now wants the S6. Or he bought the S6 and now wants the S7.
