I got one better, im being charged 649 for a device i returned. the tracking number shows it was accepted into their warehouse. So i talked to a representative and they said that the warehouse shipped it out the same night it was taken in. HOW could it have been fixed with a speaker issue in a couple of hours i do not know. But its been over a month now and im still fighting to get my account fixed. talked to well over 5 representatives. Now they tell me the esn for the phone i returned does not match the one they sent to me!!!! Grrrrr!!!

APPARENTLY some knuckle head got my wifes line and mine confused. i am on the phone with customer service right now and he said i have talked to over 20 different reps and none of them could figure out that they got the lines mixed. So now they are hopefully opening their final case and get my money back and fixed!
