What do I do if my LG V20 doesn't take my pass-code?

My lg v20 will not take my pass-code....i tried 8 times......2 more times and my phone will go back to factor setting......i don't want to lose all my contacts and pictures...........help.....

cardean​, I had this happen to me a few times and we hope that you did not have to lose all your content. As Kinquana had mentioned, a Factory Reset is last resort, however you can also use the Android Device Manager to help gain access back into your phone as long as there is a Gmail registered on the phone.

I know it's frustrating to have issues accessing your phone cardean. I'm sorry your phone is not taking your pass code. The best option if you can not remember your password is a factory reset. If you've saved your data to the cloud previous to this incident, you can upload your data back to the phone once you complete the factory reset.
