I Keep hearing about Hummingbird malware, what security is the android LG phone use.

It's HummingBad malware, not Hummingbird, but whatever....

It's up to YOU, as a consumer, to protect yourself, as with computer malware.  Install an anti-virus app like Avast, AVG, or similar and run a scan to ensure you don't have it to begin with.  It appears a factory reset is the only sure way to get rid of it if you do.

Prevention is better - don't download apps from untrusted sources (use the playstore!) and if your AV program flags an app, stay clear and find aln alternative that is safe.

A lot of data going around, and I not much aware of how the android security system operates.
