When my old phone needed to be replaced because of a cracked screen, I lost my old text messages. Need them for a court case. Can I find them somewhere?
Unless you can retrieve them from the old phone using an application for SMS Backup from the Play Store, you are out of luck.

Having a broken phone is no fun. Let’s make sure we are exhausting all options. Did you have a back up of your old phone? Are you using Verizon Messages +? Did you try to log on to My Verizon and see if they are available?
