This is getting completely ridiculous Verizon. 9 days (or less) from an advertised launch of what may be the most popular android phone this year, and you haven't even indicated when pre-orders "might" begin? Even MetroPCS is taking preorders, and Verizon isn't capable of even able to commit to that? Last year we all got the Galaxy S4 almost a MONTH after everyone else, and were NEVER offered a sane explanation why. It's times like this that I don't so much mind that I've downloaded 200+ GB's this month on my grandfathered unlimited data plan. I may have to aim higher next month.

I'm beginning to wonder if we will even see it before May.

Maybe the people should switch carriers. That's what they do when there are recurring problems.

That's usually a browser issue when it occurs after a web page update. I'm using IE 11 with no problem.

This isn't just a browser issue. I've tried it using Firefox and Chrome
from three different computers in different states and get the "your
changes could not be saved or you are not logged in" message on all of them
in each browser. For whatever reason, not everyone is affected. Verizon
is aware of the problem, but doesn't know how long it will take to fix.

The alternative to the S5 is the iPhone 5S. It has pretty decent specs. More megapixels on the new Samsung s5 doesn't necessarily mean a better camera. What do you guys think?

The iPhone is a great phone and I'm sure the iPhone 5s is nice, but I've
grown tired of the iPhone after having my 4s for two years and I'm ready
for something different. My wife just moved from the iPhone 5 to the new
HTC One M8 a few days ago and she loves it.

Yeah the 5s isn't really a huge upgrade from the 5. Just like the S5 isn't a huge upgrade from the S4.

I have never seen a company so blatantly ignore their customer base as much as Verizon Wireless has in my life...Verizon Wireless has a new top rating: #1 at making customers feel abandoned/their business is completely insignificant.

I thought about switching phone companies but none of the other companies offer service in my area. I live out in the country so Verizon is my only option.
