Where can I find the widget app on my phone, galaxy core prime?

I can't find the widget app anywhere on my phone.  Searches on google have been of no help.  Where is the icon?

1. Tap and hold an empty area on a home screen. 
2. Tap Widgets (located at the bottom). 
3. Tap and hold a widget and drag to the preferred home screen.
   For the widget to be successfully added, there must be sufficient space within the selected home screen. 
4. If applicable, select additional options to activate widget.
   Options vary depending upon the type of widget.
