I too traded in my Galaxy S5 by mail (after having it reset by Best Buy's Verizon staff, so I know it was unlocked & wiped clean) back in April, and have YET to receive any kind of credit on my bill (let alone the promised $200), nor have I received any gift card for some random amount. The Trade-In status page is a joke - every time I enter my submission ID, I get "Please try again later. The system is currently unavailable." FOR SIX MONTHS? A little help here, please - or at least a response, Verizon?
