Upon opening my phone I get a message "EMERGENCY" and it asks for a number. Can't get out of it.
Are you accidentally opening the emergency dialer screen from your lock screen?

bhooveyou, that seems to be very odd screen to be coming up. Let's make sure we get you normal access into your phone. Ann154 asked a very good question, what kind of device are you currently using? I just started receiving an emergency screen on my Motorola droid and it wants a password. I have tried 6 passwords including my Google and the warning that I have 4 more tries or it will reset and I lose all info. HELP
