My phone will not receive a charge- it is totally dead. I had not been having any charging issues in the past. Now it will not charge no matter where I plug it in or how I position the cord. I can't find out where the battery slot is located on the phone either.
If you can't remove the battery then plug it in and hold the volume down button and press the power button. Hopefully this can solve the issue.
I'm sorry to hear your phone is having these charging problems. Let's get to the bottom of this. What device do you have? Is it damaged? Have you tried a different charger?
