4G LG phone--I already checked the Settings_Sound & notification and the rest of the Volume settings and they are all on. A few callers have complained that they can't hear my voice but I can clearly hear them. I am sure that their phones are not the problem. Has anybody else experienced this problem? Any idea how to fix it?
Start with checking to see if "Advanced Calling/VOLTE" is turned on. If so, turn it OFF & see if that helps.
Check for Advanced Calling as mentioned above, but also check to see if there's any difference with speakerphone vs. non-speaker usage of the device. Many phones switch which microphone is in use when using speaker.
