I am trying to copy some music to my Droid Turbo from my PC (Windows 7 Pro).
None of the folders will allow files to be copied to them. It is the same with pictures and documents.
I was able to copy files a couple weeks ago and now all of a sudden I cannot.
Does anyone know why this has happened?

Finally got it working. I had to do a factory reset. I really hope this was just a 1 time anomaly.
Scimitar, with the Droid Turbo plugged into the computer USB port. Go into the Device Manager and expand Portable Devices, is the Droid Turbo showing up in Portable Devices?
The phone does show up on the PC and I can get to all the folders via Windows Explorer. It is just that when I attempt to copy and paste files, the paste option is grayed out.
So in Device Manager > Portable Devices - the Droid Turbo is showing and when you right click and go to Properties Device Status is working.
Try this Go into Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus controllers - right click on USB Mass Storage and go to Properties. Click on update driver and choose from - search automatically for updated driver software. If it updates the driver try the Droid. If it comes back with, the best driver software for your device is already installed. Then right click on USB Mass Storage and go to uninstall and click on it then restart the computer. Do these without the Droid Turbo plugged into the computer USB port.
Can you select the files and drag and drop them to the phone? Do you have all the necessary drivers from Motorola?
Are you in Mass Storage or MTP mode on the phone?
