Why can't I get Verizon Tones to open?

Hi, I just activated a motorola moto g prepaid phone and I am trying to get ring tones. When I go to the Verizon tones app it doesn't open. It says error 109 Unalble To Authenticate Mobile Number. Am I unable to get ringtones on my prepaid phone? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with ordering tones. You should be able to do so from your device. You can also get them online, through your Myverizon account. If you continue to have issues, it would be best to reach out to the pre-pay department at (888) 294-6804.
