Why did I lose my device payment discount?

So I got a Nexus 6p a couple months ago, and noticed on my bill last month that my $25 line access fee discount through the device payment plan vanished for my line (grandfathered More everything plan, 15GB for $100).

Any others with a Nexus 6P have this issue? I have had to call support twice to have a $25 credit applied to my account twice (last month's bill and this month's), has anyone been able to get this discount re-added?

Xyvis, we want to make sure that you are receiving any discounts that you are eligible for concerning a Device Payment Agreement. As of 03/10/2016, new Device Payment Agreements on the MORE Everything Plan will not be eligible to receive the discount which will continue to be supplied to The Verizon Plan. It does appear, per your explanation, that you should be receiving this discount. I would like to further investigate this with you. I will be Private Messaging you to further investigate this issue.

Can you sign into your MyVerizon account online and add the Month2Month discount under the Change Features area?

Unfortunately, no such feature is offered under the Change Features area. Nor should it be, as the line is still under a Device Payment plan (for 7 more months).

So you have a device payment installment agreement on a different phone that isn't the Nexus 6p?

Correct. However it should be noted that I previously had a Nexus 6 on this line which did not remove the discount. The payment plan was for the original Droid Turbo.
